As a husband and wife team, Jeff Wolff and Nikki Wolff founded Wolff Law, PLLC in 2013 with the mission to help individuals navigate through stressful life and legal issues involving the death or mental decline of a loved one with attentiveness, compassion, and efficiency.

“We have over 35 years of combined legal knowledge and expertise in probate, trust and guardianship law, and we devote 100% of our legal practice to these types of legal matters.”

Nikki was born in Duncan, Oklahoma. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2001, with a B.B.A. in Accounting, and in 2002, with a Master’s degree in Accounting. In 2002, Nikki joined the litigation consulting group at KPMG, which was then acquired by FTI Consulting, where she worked on a team as a consultant on damages valuation in various types of litigation matters. During that time, she gained the requisite work experience to sit for the CPA Exam and become a licensed CPA in 2003. In 2008, Nikki graduated from the SMU Dedman School of Law, cum laude.

After her first 5 years of law practice at a probate firm in Dallas, she joined her husband, Jeff, at Wolff Law, PLLC in 2013. Throughout her legal career, Nikki has specialized in representing clients in disputes and litigation involving Estates, Trusts, and Guardianships. Nikki regularly serves as an Administrator of an Estate of a Decedent or Guardian of an Estate of a Ward upon Court appointment, many times serving at the specific request of her legal peers. By serving as a fiduciary herself, Nikki has gained invaluable experience and insight, which has made her a more knowledgeable and thorough attorney in the representation of others serving in a fiduciary role.

Nikki also serves as an Attorney Ad Litem or Guardian Ad Litem in various Probate, Trust, and Guardianship matters upon appointment by a Probate Court. Nikki is certified by the State Bar of Texas to serve in these roles.

Nikki is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Probate, Trusts, and Estates Section. She also has been named a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers. Nikki also speaks regularly at legal conferences on various probate, trust and guardianship matters.
